Terms & Conditions

1. Account Approval: All registrations are subject to review and approval by PackPlusAU. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment: All prices are quoted in AUD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. New customers must pre-pay or pay on arrival. Credit terms (up to 14 days) may be available for established customers with consistent payment history.

3. Orders & Delivery: Orders must be finalised by 12:00 PM on delivery day. Pallet and bulk orders require 3 business days' notice. Deliveries operate on an Authority to Leave (ATL) basis between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

4. Cancellations: Standard orders may be cancelled by 12:00 PM on delivery day. Pallet and bulk orders require at least 3 business days' notice. Late cancellations are not accepted and the full invoice remains payable.

5. Returns: No change-of-mind returns. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported by email within 24 hours of delivery with invoice number and photographs. Opened food-contact packaging cannot be returned.

6. Retention of Title: Ownership of goods remains with PackPlusAU until full payment is received.

7. Environmental Compliance: The customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable environmental laws including the NSW Plastic Reduction and Circular Economy Act 2021. Customers must disclose intended product use prior to purchase. PackPlusAU is not liable for fines or penalties arising from non-compliant product use.

8. Privacy: Your personal and business information is collected for account management and order fulfilment purposes. We do not share your information with third parties except as required for delivery and payment processing.

9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackPlusAU's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the affected product. PackPlusAU is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
