Do you deliver to my area?

We offer daily or regular deliveries throughout Greater Sydney. For regional areas such as the Blue Mountains, Wollongong, and the Central Coast, we run weekly scheduled routes. If you are located outside these areas, please get in touch so we can arrange a custom delivery solution.

What are your standard delivery timeframes?

Our deliveries are carried out between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Please note that bulk orders and regional deliveries may follow a different schedule depending on volume and location.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order requirement. For metro orders over $150, delivery is free. Orders under $150 incur a flat $15.00 delivery fee. Regional delivery costs may vary depending on your location.

Can I get custom packaging with my logo?

Yes, we offer custom-branded packaging. An upfront payment is required to begin production. For quotes, lead times, and design specifications, please contact us at infopackplus.au@gmail.com.

Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

Samples are available for purchase with a minimum of 1 carton. Please note that samples are not provided free of charge. Once your order is processed, delivery timing will depend on your location.
